Great remembrance and you are right: too many people rejoiced, never cared or moved on. We can't leave Sarah and Yaron behind. Keep remembering.

Thank you, Zineb for remembering - then reminding the world about that tragedy.

This is a beautiful tribute. We must all understand that overt hateful eliminationist bigotry and calls for violence must me made TABOO, or they will normalize and inspire radicals to take up arms. We need to ostracize this hate out of polite society, as we did to marginalize the KKK, drawing a line and making it clear that it is socially unacceptable. That is the only way to reverse this dangerous path we're on. Let's make the hate that inspired Sarah and Yaron's murders TABOO again.

Zineb Riboua looks straight into the depths of what’s before us. She is a captain, is grieving, and does not mince words. In this post she is observing her murdered Israeli friends’ eternal Yahrzeits, and saying a form of Kaddish for them. Yaron and Sarah are with the Lord, and Zineb is of the Lord, Who always keeps His word, and Who is coming.

I had no idea but was very moved by your fine piece; if they are remembered like this Sarah and Yaron did not die in vain.

Beautiful and profound memorial and testament to a life purposely led.
